Model Call Entry Guidelines, Part I

It’s super easy to enter our model call for Birmingham's Top Natural Hair 

Models' International Natural Hair Meetup Day. Contestants must be between the ages of 18 - 90 and wear their "own" natural hair.

 

 

First of all - know that you are uniquely beautiful regardless of hair length or texture. Be confident and trust the beauty that is your natural hair. 

 

30 semifinalists, and then 12 finalists will be chosen and unveiled Saturday,

May 30 @Birmingham's Top Natural Hair Models at The Harbert Center!

 

 

Contestants should send an email to Ilovemyownhair@gmail.com with the 

following information:

 

• A jpg closeup photo of your "own" natural hair of any length 

• No wigs, weaves or extensions that cover entire head (minimal added hair allowed and will be judged on a case by case basis)

• Hair textures can be straightened, braided, twisted, curly, coily, kinky or wavy

• Contestants must live or work in Birmingham metro area

• A couple of sentences about "why" you should be chosen as a top natural model.
